I totally rocked at Rock Band tonight!

Well.. at least I tried…lol…
Seriously best game ever to entertain a bunch of friends.
Tonight I ventured to the other side of Orlando to have dinner, watch a movie and play games with some friends I had not seen in a while.

One of my friends made White Bean Chicken Chili. He got the recipe from the back of a can of Bush’s Beans. I made a batch of Erica’s Corn Muffins as I was heading out the door and had one on the side.
The chili was so good I actually went back for another 1/2 a bowl. I topped it with a little bit of hot sauce to put it over the top!
I seriously can not wait for tomorrow! Caitlin is getting married and I feel so honored to be a guest. Jenna will be attending as well, so it will be a mini food blogger reunion. I’m going to get a run and post in tomorrow morning and then it will probably be a wedding frenzy for me.
I will be doing a full recap of the ceremony on both mine and Caitlin’s blog… I know we have a lot of mutual readers so is there anything particular you guys want me to get photos of? I promise to do my best to capture all the action and get as many photos as I can so just let me know!

I had a lunch date today with my Cousin Angela and my Aunt Liz.

Angela won a $50 gift card to Cheesecake Factory through the family christmas gift exchange, so she treated us all to lunch.
Before they came and picked me up I snacked on a Kashi Peanut Butter Granola bar to hold me over until lunch.

The Cheesecake Factory Menu can be a bit overwelming in person so I had scanned it online before hand with every intention of ordering the Chopped Vegetable Salad. However, when we went to order my Aunt and Cousin both ordered the Lunch Pizza with Salad Special and it sounded so good I ordered the same.
I went with the Roasted Vegetable and Goat Cheese Pizza, with no butter on the crust.

And had the Green Salad with GInger Dressing on the side.

I ate about 3/4 of the salad sans croutons and all of the pizza except for the crust.
Before the food came I had a piece of the Brown Bread from the basket.

Since we had the money to burn we decided to get dessert. I have never been a fan of cheesecake so we ordered the Chocolate Truffle Cake.

This piece was HUGE!! As you can see the three of us barely made a dent in it..lol…

We then participated in my favorite form of exercise.. Shopping Cardio! It seemed like every store we went to had major mark downs, but I knew I needed to watch my wallet so I didn’t buy anything.
Tonight, I am heading over to a friend’s house for dinner and a movie. I’m looking forward to a chill night in. Anyone else doing anything fun?
