Yoga Stretch

I stayed up late last night reading another chapter of New Moon, I then went to sleep and had dreams about hot Vampires and Werewolves coming after me. I was not complaining. ๐Ÿ™‚

With the late night and good dreams I actually pressed the sleep button on my alarm clock for the first time in a year. I rolled over and immensely enjoyed the extra 9 minutes of sleep that button allotted me.

My legs are still very tight after my Half Marathon so I gave them a rest this morning from running and instead decided to give them a good stretch. I found Crunch: Candlelight Yoga on my Netflix Instant Play list and gave the 44 minute video a try.

The work out had a very low rating, so I was pleasantly surprised with the yoga was actually a bit of a challenge for me. I blame my tight muscles, but I felt and enjoyed everyone of the poses on there. My body was dying for this sort of stretch and thanked me immensely for it afterwards.

After the yoga I had a nice bowl of cereal for breakfast.

My bowl contained a pear, 1/2 container Oikos Honey Yogurt, 1/2 cup of Pumpkin Spice Granola, & 2/3 cup of Kashi Honey Sunshine.

This mix was AMAZING! So light and refreshing, I loved it!

Alright got to cut this short, I have a pile of work on my desk and a 9:00am meeting to attend. Have a great Thursday!

Yay Yoga!!! I think that yoga is the BEST companion to running…I am very cranky if I miss a class, I try for two per week. Great breakfast!
