Thank you guys so much for all of your support regarding my little laptop crisis! I might have been in a smidgen of a cranky mood this morning and it made me feel so much better knowing ya’ll understand. Jordan from Salt-Sweat-Sugar is in the process of helping me right now via e-mail sort out my laptop problems. I want to give her a BIG SHOUT OUT for helping me in my time of need! She ROCKS!
I tried Amy’s Mexican Bowl for the first time. It’s actually been in my freezer since I moved to my apt and I’m glad I finally had an opportunity to enjoy it.
The bowl had rice, cheese, corn, beans, and tofu in it. It was actually very good for a frozen meal and I would happily purchase it again.
I knew the bowl on its own would not totally satisfy me, on the side I made a little salad. My salad consisted of spinach, okra, shredded summer squash, tomatoes, banana peppers, gorgonzola cheese, and a drizzle of Mango Poppyseed Dressing.
Midmorning I snacked on the other half of my left over peach from breakfast and a small handful of almonds.
Luckily my morning got a lot better after my post this morning. You guys seriously have no idea how much of a better move all of your comments put me in. J We’re trying to launch registration for this big event at work so my morning has been nice and busy (just the way I like it) and I think my afternoon will be the same way. I hope everyone else’s Mondays have picked up as well!
