Part of the reason might be that you didn't get any of the meats- all of which are mindblowingly delish. Also, here in California, they put lemon and cilantro in the rice and it makes it delectable....so fab that the hubby always asks me to stop there JUST TO GET THE RICE so he can have it as a side whenever. I have never heard of Moe's...perhaps not in Cali? LOVE the idea of TOFU at a Mexican joint! What a bummer that you didn’t like Chipotle.
