Another Monday has come upon us. What happened to the weekend? It flew by way to fast! It’s time to get back to the daily grind and start the countdown to another weekend… less then 5 days to go! J
This morning I decided to do a nice leisurely 4 mile run to get myself back into the running spirit. I still have that half to train for in December J

Since my morning breakfast worked so well last Monday to get me back into the work week spirit, I decided to have another go at it. J
I used the last half of my granola plank crumbled over a microwaved cinnamon apple and topped with fat free cool whip.
Another yummy start, to another busy week.
Our AC is currently down in my office, so it’s going to be a long and HOT day. Let’s everyone pray that it gets fixed before lunch time or I might have a heatstroke in here! My Monday was starting off so well too…. Stupid Florida heat. L
